Once your payment has been completed, your order can only be cancelled or changed by our customer service staff or the shop assistants. Then be sure to contact them.
Please note that once your package has been dispatched, we can no longer make any cancellations or changes. If you still don’t want to receive the parcel, you can refuse the delivery by bpost or, after receiving the parcel, return the products or bring them into one of our A.S.Adventure stores.
