I am trying to pay online but I keep getting an error message during the payment process. What can I do?

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to agree to your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or cancellations. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.


Do you keep receiving an error message?  Then please contact our customer service staff.  If you provide us with a print screen of the error message, we will try to help you as quickly as possible.
