We make every effort to handle your complaint within 2 working days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your complaint immediately, we will inform you of the estimated timeframe and keep you informed on the progress.
- All agreements we conclude with customers, regardless of their place of residence, are exclusively governed by Belgian law and only competent Belgian courts can rule in the event of disputes. If, for reasons of international law, another law applies, the interpretation of the current General Terms and Conditions will refer to the Belgian Market Practices and Consumer Protection Act in first instance.
- For an out-of-court settlement related to the dispute, the Consumer Mediation Service of the FPS Economy is authorised to receive any request for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
