After reserving a product, you are not obliged to keep it. If the product is not to your liking, you can exchange it or return it in the store straight away. This means you can view the products or try them on in the store when you pick them up. If you do not wish to keep the product, we can offer you a refund immediately at the cash register in the form of cash, a voucher or on your Explore More card. That is one of the advantages of our Click & Collect system.
