Your reserved products will remain available for you up to 14 days after confirmation. The latest pick-up date can be found on the confirmation of collection. After this timeframe, your order will, in principle, be cancelled and the relevant products returned to the store inventory, but our staff will contact you before they do this. If the order is cancelled anyway, you can choose to be refunded at the cash register or via your bank account.
You should therefore remember to pick up your products on time. If you are unable to pick up the items, you can always contact the store by phone. They will first look at whether the timeframe can be extended for the chosen product.
