Returns can be made in two different ways:
You can return your order free of charge in one of our stores in Belgium. You may return the product at the register and you will be given the refund. Note: if you paid for your order online with gift vouchers, you will also be refunded in the store with gift vouchers.
- You can return goods from the Netherlands via Homerr. Homerr is a sustainable courier company with a new perspective on e-commerce logistics. Homerr makes use of Pick-Up and Drop-Off locations in your neighbourhood. These are stores or individuals who are happy to accept parcels for you at more than 1,500 locations in the Netherlands. Because Homerr only uses available load capacity in vans that are on the road anyway, they save up to 79% CO2 per package.
Returning via Homerr costs €7.04 and is very easy.
Log in to your account and go to ‘Return products’. Follow the steps to register your return. Afterwards you will only need to finalise your return via the Homerr website: https://returns.homerr.com/?shop=asadventurejuttu. Once you have registered, you will receive a QR code via email. Have this coded scanned when you submit your package to be returned.
Note: Due to Homerr’s sustainable use of transport capacity, it can take up to 5-8 working days for your package to arrive! Packages larger than 80x35x35 cannot be processed.
Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will refund the money using the same payment method as the order. You will receive the money no later than five working days after the receipt of the return.
We ask you to return the products undamaged and complete (including all accessories and labels), in their original & undamaged packaging. So, feel free to treat the product as you would in the store. For example, take a pair of shoes out of the box and have a good look, try them on in your home, but do not go for a walk outside.
Is your product no longer in its original state or in the original packaging? Then you will first be refunded the original purchase amount, but this will be followed by a payment request, in accordance with Art. VI.51 Code of Economic Law (CEL), covering the reduction in value of the goods caused by any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
