1) In our shops you can show your membership card at the till. Our shop staff will then link the 5% KBF discount to your account.
2) Send a photo of your KBF membership card to our customer service department. They will link the discount to your Explore More account.
Once the discount is linked to your account, you can automatically enjoy 5% exclusive KBF discount both online and in-store when logged in with your email address and password. The discount, when applicable, will be settled automatically in your shopping basket.
