In accordance with the law concerning distance selling you have the right to withdraw from any order made via the website within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after the date of delivery. You will then be refunded as quickly as possible, except in the case of A.S.Adventure gift vouchers and perishable goods.

As a consumer you must be able to prove such notification if required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, all payments that you have made until that time will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (except for extra costs if any in case you choose a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
The customer is also responsible for returning the goods. The cost of returns will only be refunded if A.S.Adventure has delivered an incorrect or damaged item. In all other cases the customer will be required to pay for the return.
We may wait before making the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are deemed to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

We ask you to return the products undamaged and complete (including all accessories), in their original & undamaged packaging, with the label and preferably a copy of the delivery form. So, feel free to treat the product as you would in the store. For example: take a pair of shoes out of the box and have a good look, try them on at home, but do not go for a walk outside. Is your product no longer in its original state or in the original packaging? Then you will first be refunded the original purchase amount, but this will be followed by a payment request, in accordance with Art. VI.51 WER, covering the reduction in value of the goods caused by any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
