How can I exchange a received product?

For this you can always visit one of our stores. If the exchange is not possible, the store employee will refund you. If you return the product by post, you will be refunded via your original method of payment. The value of a gift card or voucher will reappear in your account in the form of a new credit. The other part paid via bancontact, credit card, Paypal or iDeal will be refunded automatically. Did you pay at the checkout in the store? Then the full amount will be credited to your account as a voucher.

You can order the new size via our webshop. If you are required to pay delivery costs for your new order or the price of the item has meanwhile been modified, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service.
