Within what timeframe can I pick up my products?

You can review the pick-up timeframe for the product after selecting the desired colour and size, or in the confirmation e-mail of your order. You can check whether a product is available at your A.S.Adventure store via the “View availability in stores” button.

Depending on where the product is in stock at that time, you have the following timeframes:

  • Available in 1 to 2 hours means the item is in stock at your chosen store: during opening hours, the store will contact you via e-mail within 2 hours to confirm your product is ready to be picked up. After this confirmation, you can pick up the order straight away because the product is in stock in your store.
  • Available in 1 to 2 business days: your chosen product is not in stock at the chosen store. Our colleagues will have your product shipped from the central warehouse and you will receive confirmation that it is ready for you within 2 working days.
  • Available in 3 to 5 working days: your chosen product is not in stock in the chosen store or at the central warehouse. Our colleagues will take your product from another A.S.Adventure store and you will receive confirmation that it is ready for you within 5 working days.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will contact you and inform you of the problem and the reason. In exceptional circumstances, a problem may occur with the availability of products, or we may experience an unforeseen stock shortage; in this case, we will inform you by e-mail.
