We ask you to return the products undamaged and complete (including all accessories and labels), in their original & undamaged packaging. So, feel free to treat the product as you would in the store. For example, take a pair of shoes out of the box and have a good look, try them on in your home, but do not go for a walk outside.
Is your product no longer in its original state or in the original packaging? Then you will first be refunded the original purchase amount, but this will be followed by a payment request, in accordance with Art. VI.51 Code of Economic Law (CEL), covering the reduction in value of the goods caused by any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
