How long does it take to process my guarantee claim?

If a warranty claim cannot be resolved immediately in the shop, but has to be sent to the supplier because they require it, this process takes between four and six weeks on average.
Some suppliers unfortunately have a longer processing time anyway (which can take up to three months, for example).
Delays may also occur during certain periods (e.g. around Christmas).
We try to solve as much as possible ourselves, but if we depend on the supplier, we have no choice but to wait and try to keep you informed as much as possible. We do know approximately how long it takes on average for each brand - be sure to ask in the shop!
