An average guarantee claim takes between 2 to 4 weeks to process. This includes shipping between the store and service centre, as well as transport to the supplier and back. Unfortunately, some suppliers have longer lead times, especially during certain periods of the year (e.g. around Christmas). We try to solve as many issues as we can ourselves, but when we depend on the supplier, we have no choice but to wait and try to keep you informed as best we can. For each brand, we do know approximately how long it takes on average - be sure to ask about this in-store!
