The best thing to do is to track your package online. The confirmation e-mail for the shipment of your package will contain your personal tracking code. You can track your package via this website:
For home deliveries: If the tracking site states your package has been delivered but you haven’t received anything, your package has been delivered to a Bpost collection pick-up point or a post office. In that case, you should find a message from the driver in your letterbox stating the address at which the package has been left. In exceptional cases, the postman may leave the package with neighbours, so be sure to check with them, too.
For deliveries to a pick-up point: If your package has been on its way to your Bpost pick-up point for more than 48 hours, you should contact our customer service. We will inform Bpost and ask why your package hasn’t arrived at the chosen point. We will then inform you as soon as possible.
