I’ve received the wrong product. What happens next?

Our packages are processed and packaged by hand. Unfortunately, we do occasionally make a mistake when sorting the content. In this instance, we will be happy to rectify the situation for you. Please contact our customer service, who will check what you received and what went wrong during processing. Of course, you are also welcome to come to one of our stores. This is the best option to establish what the problem is and to immediately offer a suitable solution.
