It goes without saying that we handle all items with the greatest care, but items can sometimes slip through the net during very busy periods. You can visit one of our stores with the product (please bring your proof of purchase or your Explore More card) and have the security tag removed at the cash register.
If you do not have an A.S.Adventure store nearby, you can also return it to us by post. We will, of course, refund the return costs (according to standard postal rates), or we can send you a free return label. In this case, please contact our customer service. Once we receive it, we will remove the security tag and ship the item back to you immediately. Please note that it may take several working days for your package to arrive here and then be returned to you.
