Does your item have a defect and do you suspect it was caused by a manufacturing or material error? If so, we will be happy to check whether your item is still within the legal guarantee period. You are welcome to visit your nearest A.S.Adventure shop where they can make an initial assessment for you. They can find your proof of purchase in your customer account to initiate a guarantee claim.
